Business Development

Trident Ground Protection a leader in the security industry is seeking an experienced, motivated and energetic business development manager to assist in the continued growth of our company.


Responsibilities: Sourcing, developing and maintaining long term relationships with security clients throughout south Florida.


Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plan.


Develop and maintain relationships with high level decision makers.


Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

3-5 years of sales, account management or related work experience, in the contract security industry


Prior experience working with vendor management solutions and vendor management staffing technology is preferred


Overnight travel maybe required to visit prospects and clients out of south Florida region 1-2 days a month


Strong communication, writing and presentation skills


Must have the ability to identify and influence decision makers


Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently


Must have outstanding multi-tasking skills


Above average technical skills.


Must be able to manage a high volume/high quality client territory  and thrive in a fast paced, deadline sensitive environment with a strong attention to detail.


Competitive, willingness to think outside the box and be creative


Must be able to relate to other people and maintain good relationships with clients and coworkers

Security Professionals

Job Type:Full and Part Time positions available.

Salary: $9.00 to $13.00 /hour DOE and  License Class

Special Event Staff

 We are currently recruiting security professionals for our Special Events Division. The Special Events Division provides security and concierge services to large special events, such as trade shows, festivals, concerts and sporting events.


Employment in this category is part-time/will-call type employment. 


Assignments can be one day or up to one-month in duration depending upon the type of event. 


This is an ideal opportunity for duly licensed individuals to earn extra income on an occasional part time basis.


To be considered for one of these positions applicants must have impeccable personal appearance, superior command presence, the ability to communicate in both verbal and written form in perfect English language and possess an excellent work ethic.  The ability to work a flexible schedule on an on-call-temporary basis is also required.

Hourly pay rate is variable based on the event.
